10:30 Hrs Our tour begins with a visit to a typical market in Lima (San Isidro or Miraflores) where you can appreciate varied products of Peruvian gastronomy, such as varieties of peppers, tubers, vegetables, maize, etc. Fruits of our country such as chirimoya, lucuma, aguaymanto, pacae, and many others can be found in this place.
You will have the opportunity to taste these exotic fruits and enjoy exquisite flavors. We will also visit an exclusive restaurant in the district of Miraflores, a space where you can prepare your own “Pisco Sour” and the famous “Ceviche” (sea fish). Finishing the tour, we invite you to enjoy a lunch with the most pleasant typical dishes, allowing you to experience and taste the Peruvian gastronomy in all its splendor. Return to the hotel.

LIMA – CUSCO
Breakfast at hotel.
At the pre – advised time we will head out to the Jorge Chavez International airport to board the plane bound Cusco. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the morning at leisure.
In the afternoon pick up for your City Tour Cusco where you will visit The Cathedral, Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the nearby ruins: Qenqo (Ceremonial and Ritual center, place where sacrifices were made), Puca Pucara (this complex was probably used by Emperor Pachacutec as a tambo), Tambomachay (also called “The Bath of the Inca”) and Sacsayhuaman Fortress. Transfer to hotel.

CUSCO – HUCHUY QOSQO COMMUNITY – SACRED VALLEY
Breakfast in the hotel.
Early departure to Lamay village, arrival and transfer to the community of Huchuy Qosqo. Arrival to the community, reception, presentation of the activity and distribution in the house that corresponds to the visitor, who will prepare the dish accompanied by a member of the family. Participate in the various forms of preparation of the Andean flavors, with natural inputs from the direct chakra to the pot, native products such as potatoes, quinoa, corn, olluco and others. Among the most outstanding dishes stand out: Chaufa of quinoa, stuffed trout, rolled of guinea pig, guinea pig to stick, jumped vegetables and others. Typical lunch. Then visit the Archaeological Complex of Pisac. Return to the hotel. Overnight. (B, L)

SACRED VALLEY – MACHU PICCHU – SACRED VALLEY
Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning, departure to Machu Picchu by Train, panoramic ride, which takes 1 hours and half. Arrival and transfer to the citadel by a bus shuttle service. Afterwards, guided tour throughout the Sacred Citadel of Machu Picchu. The visit includes the Intihuatana (the Solar Clock) the Watchtower, the Incas Palace, the Three Windows etc.
Lunch in a local restaurant.
At the scheduled time transfer to the station to board the train to Ollantaytambo. Arrive and transfer to the hotel located in Sacred Valley.

SACRED VALLEY – MARAS & MORAY – CUSCO
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit Moray and Maras, first you will visit Archeological complex of Moray, where you can see four slightly elliptical agricultural terraces, that the people call muyus. Many think that this place was an important agricultural experimentation center for the Incas. Through the use of concentric terraces and because the temperature is different in each of their level, all the ecological tiers found in the confines of the Tahuantinsuyo Empire would have been reproduced in this complex. Then Maras; these salt-mines have been used since the Tahuantinsuyo. The people channel the salt water that bubbles to the surface from a spring called Qoripujio towards men-made wells. From the exposure to the sun, the water evaporates and the salt remains on the surface to be transported later to the market to be sold. Finally visit the Chincheros Village.
Return to hotel. Afternoon free.
