Breakfast in the hotel.
You will start your day by the City tour around Lima visiting the colonial part of Lima and main constructions of the historical part, this gaining a better understanding of the city´s past.
These main areas include the Plaza San Martin, Plaza Mayor and Government Palace. We will continue our visit to the Saint Domingo Church, it is a sacred place because it’s home to the remains of Saint Rose of Lima, Saint Martin de Porres, who was the first black saint in America.
Then you will visit the Pisco Museum where you will have an informative course on the history, production and varieties of pisco followed by a tasting of 4 pisco varieties guided by our tasting specialist. Finally, visit to the residential and financial area of San Isidro and we will have an unforgettable view of the Pacific Ocean in the district of Miraflores. Return to the hotel. Afternoon at leisure.

LIMA – ICA | VIÑAS QUEIROLO
Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning, we will depart to the city of Ica. After approximately 4 hours, arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in (15:00 Hrs).
Lunch with wine and pisco pairing.
16:30 Hrs. Vineyard tour: walk with Sommelier for approximately 30 minutes through the vineyard where they differentiate the type of vines and the process of vine growth. Then visit the distillation area where the elaboration of wine and pisco is explained and transfer to the viewpoint with sparkling tasting. Finally tasting wine and pisco. Rest of the afternoon free.

ICA | HACIENDA TACAMA
Breakfast at the hotel.
At agreed time, transfer to Hacienda Bodega Tacama, the oldest vineyard in Peru and the first in South America. History and tradition that’s what it feels like in the 240 hectares of the Hacienda Tacama, where between crops, wines and piscos, you learn about the development process of the wine industry, while enjoying a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere.
09:00 Hrs. Tour to discover the terroir and the emblematic plots of Tacama. Then, tour through the environments of the hacienda, discovering the architecture and history of Tacama. You enter the plant and you learn about the ancient and modern wine process. Tasting of 3 products with Sommelier in the tasting room.
Finally, we enter the underground cellar of 7 meters deep designed for the care and aging of high-end wines.
13:30 Hrs. Lunch at Tambo de Tacama restaurant.
Finally we’ll visit “Hacienda Vista Alegre”, a winery that has capacity to produce 7 millions litters of wine, 5 millions litters of Pisco per year. Modern techniques and equipment are used throughout the production process which is under the permanent control of Italian specialist.

Free morning to enjoy the facilities of the Viñas Queirolo hotel, the only hotel in Peru in the middle of a vineyard.
At agreed time, private transfer to Lima. After 04Hrs, arrival in Lima, check in.
