LIMA – CUSCO – EEAA ANDENES – CHINCHEROS & MORAY – SACRED VALLEY
Breakfast in the hotel.
Transfer to the airport to board the flight to the imperial city of Cusco (Flight is not included). Arrival at the airport, reception and transfer to the Agricultural Experiment Station (EEAA) – Andenes, belonging to the National Institute of Agrarian Innovation (INIA), which is a public institution attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation. It is located in the province of Anta (Sacred Valley), in this place; experiments are conducted preferably on cereals and potatoes. An engineer will explain some studies that are developing in quinoa.
Then we will visit the picturesque Andean Village of Chincheros where the ruins of the Royal Hacienda of Tupac Inca Yupanqui lie. You can admire the well-preserved Inca Wall in the Main Square, and visit the beautiful Colonial temple built on Inca foundations, with interesting frescoes in the portico. Then, you will visit Moray archeological complex where you can see four slightly elliptical agricultural terraces, that the people call “muyus”. The largest structure is 45 meters / 148 feet deep, and the average height of each terrace is 2 meters / 3 feet. Many think that this place was an important agricultural experimentation center for the Incas. Finally transfer to the hotel located in Sacred Valley.

SACRED VALLEY – PISAC MARKET & RUINS + OLLANTAYTAMBO – SACRED VALLEY
Breakfast in the hotel.
Departure towards the town of Pisac, here we will visit a picturesque artisan market where we will be able to see how until today the locals maintain the tradition of exchanging their foods, as it was done in the past. Then you will visit the ruins of Pisac, groupings of archaeological remains among which stand out platforms, aqueducts, roads associated with walls and portals, cemeteries, bridges, etc. The extension that includes this archaeological group is of 4 square kilometers of surface.
Buffet lunch in local restaurant.
Then, visits the nursery of the restaurant where you can see the vegetables with which they prepared their delicious dishes. Later we will go towards the town of Ollantaytambo where we will visit the fortress that bears the same name. Here we will cross the most important sectors of the place, and our guide will give us an explanation about its history.
Transfer to the hotel located in the Sacred Valley.

SACRED VALLEY – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
Breakfast in the hotel.
Very early transfer to the Ollantaytambo train station to board your train to Aguas Calientes train station, the trip takes 1 hours and half. On route, we will appreciate a diversity of natural landscapes according to the existing altitudinal floors, we will arrive at the station of the town of Aguas Calientes, and from here, and we will board the buses to ascend to the Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, one of the 7 wonders of the world. We will begin the visit observing the great landscape that surrounds it. The excursion will be of 02 hours and 30 minutes. Then, return to Aguas Calientes by shuttle bus and time to have lunch and make purchases.
At fixed time, transfer to the Aguas Calientes train station to board the Vistadome train to Ollanta train station. Arrival and transfer to Cusco.Overnight. (B, L)

CUSCO – PUNO
Breakfast in the hotel.
In the morning, you will be transferred by private transportation to Puno. The ride, which takes approximately 08 hours, you will visit the Little Chapel of Andahuaylillas, Archaeological Center of Raqchi (Wiracoha´s Temple), and buffet lunch in Sicuani. Then, visit La Raya (highest point on the route 4,335 masl, where Cusco (Qechua culture) and Puno (Aymara culture) join, Pucara and Kalasasaya Archaeological Center. Arrival and transfer to selected hotel.

PUNO – AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENTAL STATION (EEAA) ILLPA – PUNO
Breakfast in the hotel.
Departure to the Agricultural Experimental Station (EEAA) Illpa, where an engineer welcomes us to visit the Quinua Germplasm Bank for the creation of new and better varieties and research on genetic resources management. Then, you will visit Sillustani Chullpas, it´s one of the largest archeological areas in America. These are impressive burial monuments standing over 12 meters high stone cylinder burial chambers, used by Aymaras to bury their important leaders. Return to Puno to have lunch in local restaurant. Transfer to hotel.

PUNO – COOPERATIVE AGRO INDUSTRIAL (COOPAIN) CABANA – PUNO
Breakfast in the hotel.
Early departure to the Cooperative Agro Industrial COOPAIN Cabana, which is at 1:15 hrs. To the north of the city of Puno. Since the year 2012, this cooperative began the direct export of organic quinoa to different countries of the world, mainly the United States, Germany, France, Holland among others. Here we will visit the fields of quinoa and the processing plant and will explain all the processes of sowing and harvesting. Return to Puno and box lunch on route.

PUNO – TITICACA LAKE – PUNO
Breakfast at the hotel.
Full day excursion in the highest navigable lake of the world. First, you will visit The Floating Islands of Uros, which is inhabited by the old Aymara. These people have kept their traditions and customs generation after generation. Then the journey continues to Taquile Island where you will have the opportunity to appreciate their handicraft and textiles. Lunch in Taquile. Return to Puno.
