LIMA – CULINARY TOUR 

Breakfast in the hotel. At 09:00, transfer from the hotel to start the culinary tour. Lima is considered as the Capital of the Gastronomy of South America. The tour starts with a visit to the local market and then transfer to a place where the cooking workshop will take place where a chef will participate in a participatory class of ceviche, the emblematic dish of Peru. You can also enjoy the Lomo Saltado typical Peruvian dish made of meat, onions and tomatoes. At the end of this culinary experience you can enjoy a delicious dessert. Includes two drinks per person (between wines, beer or soda). Return to the hotel.

LIMA – NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AGRARIAN INNOVATION (INIA) + CITY TOUR 

Breakfast in the hotel. Early in the morning visit to the National Institute of Agrarian Innovation (INIA), a public institution belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, is responsible for designing and implementing the national strategy for agricultural technological innovation in an inclusive and sustainable way. A brief explanation will be given by an engineer on the investigations carried out and the exhibition center will be visited. Then you will visit the Cuyo Farm where the three liberated races of cuy are shown: Peru, Inti and Andina. Transfer to a local restaurant. We will have a brief tour of the main attractions of the Historical Center of Lima, such as the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, the Government Palace, the mansions and the churches. We will continue our visit to the Church of Santo Domingo, a sacred place because it is home to the remains of Santa Rosa de Lima and San Martin de Porres, who was the first black saint in America. Return to the hotel.

LIMA – SAN JOSE FARM + BODEGA 1615 – PARACAS 

Breakfast in the hotel. According time you will be picked up from your hotel to board your private transportation to Paracas city. On route, you will visit San Jose Farm where you will know the agricultural activity in southern Peru. In this place, you will see the different products that are harvested in this area as Tangerine, avocado and orange trees. An expert will explain in detail the best time of planting and harvesting of these wonderful products that Mother Earth gives us. Also, visit the San Jose House to know its history, main galleries, Catacombs, punishment room and Chapel. Lunch in San Jose Farm. Then visit the Bodega 1615. In this place, you will learn about the process of elaboration of Pisco, types of strains and times of sowing and harvesting. They will also visit the factory and the fields of grape. Continues to the Paracas city. Transfer to the selected hotel.

PARACAS – BALLESTAS ISLAND – NAZCA LINES – LIMA 

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the pier to start the excursion to Ballestas Island by boat, sailing around the island also known as “The Little Galapagos”, from the sea you will observe the “Candelabro” geoglyph. Return to Paracas city. Then you will be transferred to the airport in Pisco to overflight Nazca Lines, you will see from the plane a series of geoglyphs located in The Nazca desert. There are many forms of lines like the monkey, the hand, the sail, the dog and more. The German Maria Reiche dedicated 50 years of her life to the study and research of the place, coming to the conclusion that it was an astronomical calendar. Of a viewpoint of 12 meters of height can be observed partially the figures of the Hand and the tree. According time transfer to Lima city. After 04 hours, arrival and transfer to hotel.

LIMA – CUSCO – PISAC MARKET AND RUINS – SACRED VALLEY 

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the airport to board the local flight to Cusco (flight is not included). Arrival, reception and transfer to The Sacred Valley. On route you will visit the famous Indian Market of Pisac, a delightful place where you can bargain for the goodies with the local street vendors. Then you will visit The Pisac Ruins, which are situated at the eastern end of The Sacred Valley, located high above the valley floor and the modern colonial town of Pisac, the ruins are considered to be one of the finest remaining Inca archeological sites in the country. The ruins are spread out over a large area and follow a long mountain top crest. Further down the mountain is the temple complex constructed from exquisitely carved pink granite, featuring a sun temple, ceremonial alters, water channels and wells. The ruin is surrounded by vast sweeping agricultural terraces which harmoniously blend into the natural curvature of the landscape. Buffet lunch at a local restaurant. Finally transfer to the hotel located in Sacred Valley.

SACRED VALLEY – HUILLOC COMMUNITY – SACRED VALLEY 

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the community Huilloc where you will know about mysticism in inka culture. You will be part of the ancient inca practice led by “Willaq Uma”, the Andean priest to conduct a sacred ritual to combine the spiritual energies of man, nature and the gods. This powerful traditional ceremony allows each participant to express their aspirations, wishes and desires, in harmony with the cosmos. Then you will have a typical lunch in the community. Transfer to the hotel. Afternoon at leisure to enjoy the hotel facilities.

SACRED VALLEY – HUALLAFARA COMMUNITY – SACRED VALLEY 

Breakfast at the hotel. Then we will visit the Huayllafara community where the visitors will be received between music and beautiful native flowers and a “Tinka” or symbolic mother earth blessing to thank you for this new day and power sharing between brothers of different cultures. Visitors are invited to accompany the villagers to the fields, to participate in agricultural activities according to the season. Visitors can learn the connection of man and the Andean agriculture inherited from their ancestors, using ancient tools like chaquitaclla, cuti, shovel and others. The explanation and demonstration in each of the processes seeks to involve the visitor in a direct experience with Mother Earth or Pachamama and understand the relationship of the residents of the community with the Andean universe around. Lunch with native ingredients from the area. Return to Sacred Valley.

SACRED VALLEY – MACHU PICCHU

Breakfast at hotel.
Today you will have the excursion to Machu Picchu. Early, we will transfer you from the hotel to the train station in Ollanta heading to the majestic city of Machu Picchu (ex Aguas Calientes), travel time is approximately 90 minutes, during this time you will be able to appreciate the diverse natural landscapes as you pass through the varying altitudes, and finally arrive at the station in Machu Picchu town. Here you will walk to the bus station to start our ascent to the entry point of The Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. You will begin the visit by observing the magnificent landscape that surrounds Machu Picchu. Tour time is 02 hours and 30 minutes. The visit includes The Intihuatana (The Solar Clock) The Watchtower, The Incas Palace, and The Three Windows etc. After that we will descend, again, by bus to Machu Picchu Town. Dinner at hotel.

MACHU PICCHU – MANDOR WATERFALL – CUSCO 

Breakfast at hotel. In the morning you will start the hike to Mandor follows the railway tracks for 04 kilometers, parallel to the course of the rushing Vilcanota. The trail then passes through an old coffee plantation before entering the cloud forest, following the river for about thirty minutes before arrive at the falls. Along the route you will pass through plantations of coffee, bananas, avocado and medicinal plants, until the surroundings become wilder and we are able to observe bromeliads, orchids and many other type of plants and flowers as well as many species of butterflies. By the afternoon, return to Ollantaytambo by train. At your arrival, reception and transfer to Cusco.

CUSCO – CITY TOUR 

Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning pick up for your City Tour Cusco where you will visit The Cathedral, Qoricancha (Sun Temple) and the 4 nearby ruins, Qenqo, (ceremonial and ritual center, place where sacrifices were made), Puca Pucara (this complex was probably used by Emperor Pachacutec as a tambo), Tambomachay (also called “The Bath of the Inca”) and Sacsayhuaman Fortress. Return to the hotel. Afternoon at leisure. According time transfer to the restaurant to enjoy the dinner show. Return to the hotel.
