PROMPERÚ holds the seminar ‘Live it in Peru’ of the Ucayali Region

On Tuesday, June 3, the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Export and Tourism (PROMPERU) organized a training seminar for travel agencies, with the aim of promoting the tourism offer and products of the Ucayali Region. They also seek to strengthen the positioning of this destination as part of its ‘Live it in Peru’ initiative.
Domiruth Travel Service participated in this event, where the main connectivity routes to Ucayali were presented, including air and land options, as well as the most outstanding natural and cultural attractions of the region. Among them were the Regalía Waterfalls and the impressive Mayantuyacu Boiling River, icons of the natural wealth of the central jungle.
During the training, the advances in the development of experiential experiences, agro-tourism and gastronomic tourism, aimed at providing visitors with an immersion in the local culture and biodiversity, were also shared. Within the gastronomic experiences, emblematic products such as cocoa and camu camu were highlighted, reflecting sustainable production and the work of the communities.

PROMPERU, with the campaign ‘Live it in Peru’, seeks to connect tourists emotionally with authentic experiences and to position new destinations beyond the traditional circuits. In this context, Ucayali is emerging as a key region for the development of inbound tourism, due to its high potential in nature, living culture and sustainability.
Domiruth’s participation reaffirms its commitment to the diversification of the tourism offer and the promotion of emerging regions that can enrich the experience of international tourists.
