The story of the famous sanguchería will be told as well as that of the pork rind and that of the Chinese influence in our food and the inputs brought from Europe and Asia.
We went to the farmers market in San Isidro where, we describe the factors and changes that led to the use of formal markets today. Inside the market they will taste native fruits of the country such as Lúcuma, Chirimoya, Pitaya, Tuna, etc. It also allows us to enjoy aromas such as herbs and spices, see the variety of fish and shellfish, as well as flowers.
Additionally, in the market we will have the opportunity to taste and delight in the fresh flavor of a ceviche or shells to the criolla.
We start from the market in the direction of Miraflores by the boardwalk. A stop is made in one of the viewpoints to enjoy the contrast of the green of our gardens with the blue of the pacific ocean.
On the way we passed the lighthouse park to the Parapuerto area. We will continue our route to the Parque del Amor. We will continue our route to the next destination, “Cremoladas Curich”. Curich will tell the story about the Curich family and their arrival in Peru. And they will be able to taste new flavors with the great variety of creams of native fruits of Peru.
